Crestwood is a private country club. All food and drink at the course MUST be purchased from Crestwood Country Club. No outside containers may be brought onto the premises.

Sunday - Practice Round Information - Sunday, Oct. 20
- Steve Curran, Tournament Manager, will be at Crestwood all day Sunday. When you arrive, please look him up for any questions or information about the course or any other information you may need. Click here for a picture.
- Tee Times: Call for tee times starting Monday, Oct. 14, after 1p.m. Practice tee times will be available after 12 p.m. on Sunday, Oct 20. Please call 620-231-6530 and ask for Todd Casey. When calling, please have only the coach or athletic director call and identify the school and number of players needing tee times. In order to have enough time for all players to have a practice round, please only schedule tee times for PLAYERS and one coach. Parents are asked not to play during the practice round.
- Directions to Course: Please visit the Crestwood Country Club site http://www.countryclubatcrestwood.com/ In general, the course is west of Pittsburg, approximately one mile west of Highway 69 and one and one-half miles south of Highway 126 (4th Street in Pittsburg).
- Practice Round Cost: $20 per player and $20 for a coach. This fee includes range balls. Cart fee is $13.50 per person. Drivers must be 16 years of age. Make checks payable to Crestwood Country Club. Fees will be taxed UNLESS a tax exempt ID form from the school is presented. No personal checks will be accepted—only school checks or credit or debit cards.
- Marker Meeting - The marker meeting will be held Sunday, Oct. 20, at 5 p.m. at Crestwood Country Club. If you are a marker, please make plans to attend.
Tournament Information - Monday, Oct. 21
- Coaches Meeting - 7:45 a.m. - Upstairs of clubhouse
- Tee Time - 8:30 a.m.
- Parking - Schools and markers will be issued parking passes so that they may park in the area near the clubhouse. Spectators will be asked to park in the overflow area south of the clubhouse. Parking attendants will be present to assist.
- Driving Range - Range balls will be free of charge. Please allow those golfers with earlier tee times to have priority
- Reminder - No player is to be on the course the day of the tournament. There are several greens close to the clubhouse; players are not to be on those greens. Any player practicing on the tournament greens will be disqualified.
- Carts will be available to the public on a first come, first served basis. Cost will be $27 per cart with only two people per cart.
- Markers will be provided by Girard High School.
- Groups will be teeing off of holes #1 and #10. Please be at the tee box 10 minutes prior to your tee time to meet with the starter.
- Meals - Boxed meals (turkey sandwich, chips and drink) are being provided by Crawford County Convention & Visitors Bureau for players, coaches, and markers. There will be two lines, one for the players, markers and coaches and one for the general public. Hamburgers or sandwiches will be available. Crestwood will be able to run a tab for your school if you desire.
- Markers in each group will have the tournament manager's cell phone number and will be encouraged to call if there are any questions about any situations.
- Please remind parents that they are to stay 30 yards behind players and on or near the cart path. They will not be allowed to be forecaddies but may help hunt for golfballs if a group member loses a ball. (See spectator guidelines)
- UNOFFICIAL scores will be posted near the practice green after each group finishes nine holes.
- Scoring - As each group finishes, they will be escorted by their marker to a scoring area where they will check their scores with the marker sheet. Once all agree, they are to sign the marker sheet, which is the official scorecard and will be turned in as the official score to the scoring area.
- The arbitration committee will consist of four coaches, one from each regional, and Todd Casey, the club pro. All protests must be brought to the committee before the scores are finalized and awards given.
- Awards - Once play has ended for all groups, the medal and trophy award ceremony will be conducted before the playoffs.
- Playoffs will begin after the award ceremony. Possible starting holes: #1, #7, #10.
